Is This Retreat for You?
If you're someone who works hard, values personal growth, and believes in giving your best, this retreat was created for you.
This isn't about escaping your life. It's about intentionally stepping away for a week to reconnect with yourself, challenge your body, quiet your mind, experience the beauty of Bali, and return home with greater clarity, renewed energy, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Over seven days, you’ll move through energizing yoga, meditation, sound baths, meaningful conversations, incredible food, cultural experiences, and intentional moments of recovery, whether that’s by the pool, enjoying your private room, recovering in the sauna or cold plunge, or simply taking in the beauty of Bali.
You’ll be surrounded by a community of thoughtful, high-achieving people who value health, growth, connection, and living life fully.
If you’re looking for a week that challenges you, inspires you, and leaves you feeling more connected to yourself and the world around you, I’d be honored to welcome you to Bali.

What You’ll Leave With:
A retreat is not meant to be something you enjoy for a week and then leave behind. The goal is to create experiences, practices, and connections that continue to support you long after you return home.
You’ll leave with:
-
A deeper connection to yourself, time away from daily responsibilities to reflect, reset, and reconnect with what matters most.
-
Tools to create more balance in your everyday life, including yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness practices you can continue using at home.
-
Greater clarity and perspective, space to step away from the noise and consider what you want to bring more of into your life.
-
A renewed sense of energy and presence, feeling rested, grounded, and more connected to yourself and those around you.
-
Meaningful connections, friendships and conversations with a group of individuals who value growth, curiosity, and living intentionally.
-
Memories and experiences that stay with you, from the beauty of Bali, nourishing meals, cultural experiences, laughter, movement, and moments of stillness.
Most importantly, you’ll leave with a reminder that taking care of yourself is not time away from the life you’ve built, it is what allows you to continue showing up fully for it.

The Space
Hotel Sages
During the Vibrations & Meditation, Reset & Return Retreat, you’ll stay at Hotel Sages, a calm, thoughtfully designed space created for rest, recovery, and slowing down. Surrounded by nature, you’ll have space to unwind, sleep deeply, and give your nervous system a break from constant input.
The property includes a sauna, cold plunge, and jacuzzi, giving you simple ways to release tension and support your body’s recovery throughout the week.
You’ll also experience floating sound healing sessions that use sound and vibration in water to support deep relaxation.
Your room is private, with an ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and personal space whenever you need it. Outside your room, there are quiet communal areas and dedicated spaces for movement, meditation, and rest.
Everything here is designed to help you slow down, reset, and return to yourself without distraction.

A Taste of Bali
Some of my favorite retreat memories happen around the table. There's something special about sharing a meal after a morning of yoga or a day exploring Bali. It's where conversations deepen, friendships grow, and some of the best moments of the week naturally unfold.
Each morning begins with a fresh breakfast featuring tropical fruit and a variety of delicious offerings to start your day. Most evenings, we'll gather for beautifully prepared dinners at Hotel Sages, where you can simply relax and enjoy the experience after a day of yoga, exploration, and connection.
Lunches are yours to enjoy at your own pace. You can dine at Hotel Sages or venture out to discover Bali's wonderful cafés and restaurants nearby. During our visit to the water temple, we'll also stop for lunch at a local restaurant, giving you another opportunity to experience the island's vibrant cuisine.
I want you to feel comfortable and cared for throughout your stay. After registering, you’ll receive a form where you can share any dietary restrictions, food allergies, or specific dietary needs. Hotel Sages is happy to accommodate a variety of dietary needs whenever possible.

A Love Note To You
If you've found your way here, welcome.
I created this retreat for people who give a lot.
People who work hard, care deeply, pursue growth, and continue showing up for the lives they've built. The kind of people who understand that investing in yourself is not selfish, it is essential.
Over the years, yoga has taught me the importance of discipline, consistency, presence, and the ability to return to yourself again and again.
It has also taught me that everything is temporary, the difficult seasons, the joyful moments, and every experience in between. This awareness reminds me to be present, appreciate where I am, and fully show up for the moments I am given.
This retreat is not about escaping your life.
It is an invitation to step away with intention, to move your body, quiet your mind, experience the beauty of Bali, and reconnect with yourself alongside a community of thoughtful, inspiring people.
My hope is that this week gives you moments of challenge, moments of stillness, moments of laughter, and moments where you simply get to receive.
Whether you're flowing through an energizing yoga practice, experiencing a sound bath, recovering in the sauna or cold plunge, sharing a meal, exploring Bali, or watching the sunset, every part of this experience was created with care.
It would be an honor to guide you through this journey.
Looking forward to seeing you in Bali.
With love & gratitude,
Nadiya

Through movement, meditation, sound healing, connection, rest, and the natural beauty of Bali, you are invited to reconnect with yourself in a meaningful and transformative way. With an intimate group setting and thoughtfully curated experiences, this retreat creates space for renewal, clarity, joy, and authentic connection both on and beyond the mat.

The Guide Behind the Practice
I’m Nadiya, and I found yoga at a time when I was simply looking for somewhere to belong. What began as a place to show up became a practice that transformed the way I moved through life.
Like many of the students I work with, I understand what it means to live in a constant state of “on” and to hold responsibility, to show up for others, and to continue moving even when the body and nervous system are asking for stillness.
Over time, these practices became less about discipline, and more about return.
Today, I design and lead immersive retreats and experiences that integrate yoga, nervous system awareness, and deep rest supporting a return to presence, regulation, and inner steadiness.
