Reset & Return
A Bali Yoga Retreat to Release Stress,
Quiet the Mind & Rebalance Your Life
Hotel Sages: Canggu, Bali, Indonesia
October 20-26, 2026

If you're someone who is constantly “on” and always showing up for work, family, friends, and responsibilities, and secretly feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself, this retreat was created for you.
This week in Bali is designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with yourself so you can return home feeling deeply rested, clear, and more present in your life.

The Journey
CanGGU, BALI
If you’ve been running on empty and quietly craving space to exhale, this is your invitation to return to yourself.
Join us for six transformative days in Bali, an intimate, thoughtfully curated retreat designed to hold you in deep rest, gentle restoration, nervous system recovery, and meaningful reconnection. A space where you can pause the pace of doing and return to a more grounded, present way of being.
Set within a peaceful natural environment, this experience is designed to support true restoration at every level. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is demanded. You are simply given the time and space to soften, regulate, and restore.
You’ll be surrounded by a small group of thoughtful, high-achieving individuals who understand the weight of sustained responsibility and the subtle cost of always being “on.” Here, there is no need to perform or hold it all together.
Through intentional practices, guided rest, and considered moments of reflection, you’ll begin to release the patterns that keep you in cycles of overextension. As they unwind, something quieter becomes available: clarity, steadiness, and a more natural sense of ease.
By the time you leave, you’ll feel deeply rested, lighter in your being, and reconnected to a life that feels aligned, spacious, and quietly powerful.

I
What You’ll Leave With:
You’ll leave this retreat feeling more grounded and at ease, after stepping away from the demands of daily life and giving yourself permission to simply be. As your nervous system begins to settle, you’ll feel a return to balance, clarity, and presence that may have felt out of reach in your day-to-day routine at home.
Throughout the week, you’ll experience what it feels like to be fully cared for in a luxurious, intentional environment, surrounded by nature and an intimate circle of like-minded individuals. There is no pressure to perform, no obligations to anyone else, only time and space dedicated entirely to you.
As the days unfold, you’ll reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, breathwork, and quiet moments of reflection. You may notice a softer connection to your intuition, a clearer sense of what you need, and a renewed alignment with what truly matters to you.
By the end of the retreat, you won’t just feel rested, you’ll feel grounded, re-energized, and more deeply connected to yourself. And long after you return home, the practices, memories, and inner stillness you cultivated here will continue to stay with you in your everyday life.

The Guide Behind the Practice
I’m Nadiya, an international yoga teacher and retreat facilitator with over a decade of experience, more than 2,000 teaching hours, and work across 7 countries in yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing.
My path into yoga began not as a profession, but as a search for grounding, clarity, and a return to self in a life that felt full, fast, and unrelenting.
Like many of the students I work with, I understand what it means to live in a constant state of “on” and to hold responsibility, to show up for others, and to continue moving even when the body and nervous system are asking for stillness.
Over time, these practices became less about discipline, and more about return.
Today, I design and lead immersive retreats and experiences that integrate yoga, nervous system awareness, and deep rest supporting a return to presence, regulation, and inner steadiness.
My work is rooted in a simple belief: you do not need to leave your life to find peace, you need space to return to yourself within it.
