It turns out the love and peace that we are seeking around us is within us.
Through my yoga practice I’ve been able to cultivate love and peace within me, which has been pivotal in the last few years as an empathetic human being/humanitarian residing on earth at this current time.
The peace internally helps me feel at ease through the chaos and noise around us in today’s stressful world/climate.
Life feels heavy for many right now, the world is changing, it can be or feel overwhelming. That’s completely understandable and real, and things do need more love, compassion, and improvement.
I do my best to spread love and peace, and I do continue to speak out on injustices and peacefully advocate for changes while peacefully making noise; though internally and externally I find ways to feel at peace. Why? My consistent yoga practice both on and off the mat from movement to breath work to sound healing and so much more. It truly helps quiet the noise around me and inside.
